Simaudio Moon Neo ACE All-in-One Music Player

By All-in-One, Simaudio is referring to the fact that one need only connect a pair of speakers to the 50wpc Nēo ACE ($3,500), plug your network into it with a run of Ethernet, and you'll be off and running streaming from the Internet, serving from storage, and enjoying music in no time flat.

The Ace can decode and process PCM resolutions up to 32-bit/384kHz and DSD256. There are 8 digital inputs (USB, 2x S/PDIF (2), 2x Toslink, Qualcomm aptX, Bluetooth, WiFi and Ethernet), 3x line leve inputs (RCA) which are configurable as "pass-through" inputs for use with components with their own volume control like a home-theater processor, and a moving magnet phono preamplifier. Ot should that be...! There's also an 1/8" front-mounted analog mini-jack input, a 1/4" headphone jack output, and an OLED display to keep you apprised of what Ace is up to.

Ace runs on Simaudio's MiND (MOON intelligent Network Device) module which handles the networking piece, while remote control is handled through the Simaudio MOON MiND Controller app for iOS and, as of last week, Android devices.
