The new MicroStreamer from HRT ($189.95) is a small form factor 24/96-capable USB DAC and headphone amp with an analog volume control and fixed and variable outputs.

HRT was also showing their new MusicStreamer HD ($449.94) that adds RCA and XLR outputs and is capable of 24/192 playback.
